We are NOT:

A motor carrier
A freight broker
A shipper
An employer of drivers

We act strictly as a consulting and support service. All transportation operations remain under the full responsibility of the client.

2. No Guarantees of Revenue or Profit

We do not guarantee loads, revenue, profit, or business success. Market conditions, broker behavior, fuel costs, driver performance, and operational decisions are outside of our control.

Any examples, strategies, or recommendations are provided for informational purposes only.

3. Client Responsibility

You remain fully responsible for:

Accepting or rejecting loads
Negotiating rates
Compliance with FMCSA and all regulations
Driver management and safety
Financial decisions and tax obligations

All final decisions are made solely by the client.

4. Dispatch and Communication Disclaimer

Any dispatch-related communication is provided as operational support only. We do not assume liability for load terms, detention, layovers, cancellations, or broker disputes.

You are responsible for verifying all load details before acceptance.

5. Payments and Fees

All fees are agreed upon prior to service. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.

6. No Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or licensed financial advisor. You should consult licensed professionals for legal, tax, or financial matters.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dynamic 305 LLC shall not be liable for:

Loss of revenue or profits
Operational losses
Broker disputes or non-payment
Regulatory penalties or violations
Any indirect or consequential damages

8. Third-Party Interactions

We may assist in communication with brokers, factoring companies, or other third parties. We are not responsible for their actions, terms, or performance.

9. Communication Consent (SMS / WhatsApp)

By contacting us, you agree to receive communication via phone, SMS, and WhatsApp.

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by requesting to stop communication.

10. Service Scope and Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for any reason, including misuse, non-payment, or abusive behavior.

11. Modifications

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
